I’m Terri,  I live in Burlington which is just outside of Toronto, Ontario with my husband Patrick.  We have 3 wonderful children- 6-year-old daughter Sydney, 4-year-old daughter Ryleigh, and 1-year-old son Nolan.

After spending 7 years as an Esthetician working in spas & salons in the area and after the birth of my dear Sydney, I decided that spending time with her was much more valuable for her and myself then going to a job everyday.  I have gone on to have 2 more precious ones that fill my day with love and laughter.  So I’m a “yummy mummy” as I don’t like the term “Home-maker” or “Stay at home mom” and I love every bit of it.

I have a passion for beauty and love seeing the results I’ve created.  I’ve also learned a lot about health and fitness through my husband who owns a nutrition company.  So creating this website is a way to share with you what I have learned as well as my crazy adventures.

I’m also a cancer survivor! I thank God everyday for giving me a second chance to live my life to the fullest!
