Mint Thins

These are absolutely delicious!  I used them for a cookie exchange one year.

Ingredients

1 pkg (8 squares) semi-sweet Chocolate
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
36 Ritz crackers
1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
