The tradition of making the St. Patrick&#8217;s Day meal is always a must.  Which consists of corn beef, cabbage and potatoes.  YUM!

Ingredients



1 pkg (8 squares) semi-sweet Chocolate
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
36 Ritz crackers
1 peppermint candy cane, crushed
