Pancakes my kids LOVE!
Here’s a pancake recipe that’s sure to please. These pancakes are also sweet enough that the kids won’t need syrup on them, so you won’t have to contend with that sticky goo all over your table, their hair and clothes.
Spice Pancakes
2 eggs
2 cups flour (all-purpose)
1 cup milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil
6 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup applesauce
pinch of ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Mix all ingredients together. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Flip the pancakes when first side begins to look bubbly. Serve hot! Feeds 4 starving children! Let me know how you liked them.

Those pancakes are delicious. I made them one morning with the girls and they helped me make them. Watch out though, if left unattended, they can burn. They are yummish. MMMMM
