Day 7

Cute ornament your kids can do for the tree.

What you’ll need:

• 1/8 inch wide red and white paper quilling strips at least 12 inches long.
• craft glue
• toothpicks
• scissors
• hanging thread
• 3/8 inch wide ribbon

How to make it:

1. Cut lengths for paper strips.
2. For candy cane, shape 6 inch long red & white quills into spirals by wrapping the paper around a toothpick.  Glue the spirals together edge to edge alternating the red and white.
3. Tie a length of 3/8 inch wide ribbon once, trim, and glue it on the candy cane as an accent.  Attach the hanging thread.
