Do you take a multivitamin? Do you think we should be taking vitamin supplements? A pretty simple question to answer, one might think. After all there have been many studies on vitamin intake to our health. Vitamins are essential to the normal functioning of our bodies. They are necessary for growth, vitality, health, general well being, and for the prevention and cure of many health problems and diseases.
My answer is YES! Our bodies need some help everyday to get the vitamins we need as we don’t get enough from the food we eat. So since you don’t always have the time to make balanced meals, why not take the help?
